Winsome Flames is a small family-run kennel based in Stockholm dedicated to English Toy Terriers.
The name ”Winsome Flames” means charming flames, an English Toy Terrier's ears should look like a flame and because of that we thought the namn was perfect for us.
Our aim is to breed happy, healthy puppies who are of good temperament and sound in body that is closely in keeping with the breed standard. Being new to breeding we feel blessed to have such a strong network of mentors and friends in the English Toy Terrier community as well as experienced breeders supporting and helping us out on our journey forward.
Our puppies will live together with us in our home, we have a big garden with lots of space for play and discovery. Our family consists of Disa, Joakim, and our son Jonathan, we spend the majority of our time in Sweden but as often as we can we stay in our second home in Estepona, Spain.
The first time we encountered an English Toy terrier was at a dog show in Stockholm and we knew right then that this was the right breed for us, small but powerful and loyal. After doing our research we decided to bring home our first breeding bitch from Norway, Historical Diamond’s Lady Sansa. We are truly dedicated to preserving this lovely breed by making sure to be good ambassadors and by breeding responsibly. Anyone buying a puppy from us is considered part of our dog family, we will always try to help and support in the best way possible.
Winsome Flames is of course registered with Swedish Kennel Club and the FCI, Disa has passed the breeders exam provided by the Swedish Kennel Club.
